Lego Frank Lloyd Wright

Although these were created with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, the one doesn't really look like the Guggenheim and the other, not much like Fallingwater. This Lego Fallingwater, not from the kit, looks better. And I can't believe that in the Lego set they include the Gwathmey Siegel addition to the Guggenheim! Heresy, I say. Who demanded that?

I guess I'll wait for the

.

Mmm...can’t tell you whether I'm pumped or having flashbacks of childhood when father would inevitably step on the Lego while walking through the house at night (the scream would rouse the neighbors).

Makes for great opp to educate the family on America's greatest architecture.

[shameless plug: architectural wood trim? thousand of choices...online.]

You're right -- not quite seeing the resemblance. Still, the best part about Legos was creating works outside the picture on the box.
